Short guides, one topic per page. Follow the steps and you'll be done in minutes.

  • Set up your first screen

Setting up a hotel needs a browser, the TVs that are already on site, and about half an hour. Nobody comes out to install anything, and there is no appointment to book.

  • Connect the TVs, and replace one later

A TV is connected by pairing it: the TV shows a code, and the code is typed in the console. Pairing binds one TV to one hotel account.

  • Edit a screen

Screens are edited in the console, in a browser. Nothing is installed on the computer doing the editing.

  • Case: the TV screens of a hotel group

The TVs in this hotel do not run the set-top box interface they shipped with. They run our interface layer: a welcome screen, hotel services, property information, and a few pages the hotel changes often. The screenshots below come from a live deployment — hotel names and guest details in the images are masked.

  • Questions that come up most often

The questions that arrive before a hotel starts, and in the first week after. Everything here is also in the pages above, in more detail.
